The objective was to create an open, welcoming space for children and adults to experience the art of dance. The Dance Center was created to inspire learning and teaching in a state-of-the-art studio environment. This commercial tenant improvement project was designed and built to California green building standards including the use of recycled materials throughout and an all-new, high-efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
