The owners of this 900 square foot mid-century ranch hired Adam to help them design a new, larger home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that could more comfortably accommodate their family.  This is being achieved on the narrow lot by demolishing the existing home and building a 2 story Craftsman home with 1,792 square feet.  The design includes a large family room with a west facing window and a deck off the 2nd story.  Adam worked extensively with the planning and design review committee at the City of Carmel.  The project was approved in collaboration with the public works and building departments to address existing utility easements and drainage.
